The new Maxi Flat is an absolute high-tech product with high efficiency and performance. He needs only 365 mm height and goes up to 2750 mm from the ceiling. The structure is stable and very reliable. The ceiling lift is completely made of aluminum and stainless steel. The capacity (HxWxD): from about 325 mm in height can be used for about 315 mm. The width is about 523 mm and the depth of about 554 mm. If the E-box is ordered also, the lift can be controlled by media control.
The built-in emergency brake brings even more safety. It can be handled even heavy applications with the lift.

Note in extreme motor-term stress:
At high engine load of a pipe decreases, the moment of exposure time - in terms of general all tubular motors. The motor speed is about 3.469 m per minute. With a stroke length of 1.85 m (F200), the engine needs to fully develop about 32 seconds. Under maximum load and a normal room temperature of 21 ° C min needs the Lift after 120 seconds of load approximately 5 minutes of cooling time. This exposure time is sufficient to lift the ceiling several times and retract, but not non-stop.
In our stress test of version C450 (under maximum load) we have lift under full load several times and make the exit. The engine protection only began late and healed within few minutes.
When does the engine protection start?
When lifting capacity is completely exhausted for example to often used without a break or if the room temperature is too high.
Under high load, the lift should stay between the up and down cycles. If the engine protection uses it reverts to the condition automatically after a few minutes to cool. At low load, the load time increases significantly. The longevity suffers more at too low a load.
