Welcome to Vision24!

We present our innovative Robolift-System. A quality product manufactured in-house

You see in the image (left) type C300 with a travel of about 2,75m and (right) the C450 with a travel of approximately 4,1m. Other versions with larger length up to 8m are planned. Also a new version Robolift "heavy weight" with a lift-capacity up to 100 kg comes.

The difference between our Robolift and other ceiling lifts? Besides to the solid type, the variable travel and the compact design, this lift has an unique structural stability.

High quality stainless steel axles and gears made off airplane aluminium to ensure a necessary precision. The Folding-mechanisum keeps the sub plate parallel to the lift.

Further, the robolift concept, pursued a plug and play ceiling lift to provide: You still have to put the plug into the socket - ready!

Who thinks to conceal the cables circumstantial with a spiral coiled tube, is wrong. Our Folding-System can be equipped with a cable channel for an additional price. So the cables cab be laid invisible in no time at all.

The robolift is multi-universal in its use. It is qualified for projectors, as well for heavy cameras, flatscreens, visualizer, as well as cabinets and many other possibilities. We produce for each application an other adaption.

The surface is silver-anodized. The sheet metal covering can be delivered paint coated.

Aluminium Naturestyle

An interesting type: easy and native - aluminium in his crude look. The milling traces of the material are visibly.

Another benefit of this material: It is cheaper and faster available.

High Speed Production

Via high-speed manufacturing, we produce efficiently and quickly.

Milled in batch size from 20 to 200 items can be manufactered reasonably priced.

With up to 60.000 u/min. and a feed rate from up to 16 meters we provide fast results in CNC precision.

We process only aluminium in all grades: from soft AlMg3 up to high strength aircraft-aluminium AlZnMgCu1.5.

Small series are no problem for us.

We rely on CAD CAM

3D CAD CAM in Rekordzeit programmiert
Powerful and future-oriented per CAD CAM. We are constructing our products in 3D and we are able to code our CNC unit in few minutes for new challenges.

Our machinery is on the cutting edge of technology and consists of a milling machine with a processing space of (XY) 1500 x 1000 mm, in up to Z 150 mm, of a rotary milling machine and a lathe with automatic feeding.

Data exchange formats:
IGES, STEP, SolidWorks, DXF, DWG.
